چسباندن

روش چسباندن سیستمی است که استفاده گسترده ای در جهان دارد. قسمت رو به دیوار پانل ها یک قسمت پنهانی دارند که هنگامی که چسبانده می شود قابل دیدن نیست و پانل ها با یک چسب مخصوص که مطابق با زیر ساخت آلومینیومی است چسبانده می شود.سیستم های چسبی مخصوص نمای دیوار طراحی شده است.

قبل از برنامه نصب

مواردی که قبل از نصب بر روی ساختارهای آلومینیومی باید انجام شود

1- ساییدن با یک کاغذ ساینده که خاصیت سایش داشته باشد.

2- پس از آن با یک پاک کننده ( پارچه سلولزی ) محل مورد نظر که ساییده شده است ، تمیز شود.

3- مدت زمان تهویه 10 دقیقه می باشد.

4 – زدن یک لایه نازک بتونه با قلم مو .

5- مدت تهویه حداقل باید 30 دقیقه باشد و ممکن است حداکثر به چند ساعت نیز برسد.

مواردی که قبل از نصب پانل های G-Ext باید انجام شود.

چسباندن

1-چسباندن روش نصبی است که برای پروفیل های آلومینیومی عمودی استفاده می شود. ( برداشتن فیلم از روی پروفیل لازم نیست . )

2- اعمال چسب :

زدن چسب با فاصله 5 الی 6 میلی متر از باند نصب و در قسمتی از پروفایل به شکلی که یک مثلث ایجاد شود.

جزییات مهم

1- شما باید محل کار خود را در برابر شرایط آب و هوایی و گرد و خاک محافظت کنید.

2- دمای محیط کار نباید زیر 5 درجه سانتیگراد و بالاتر از دمای لایه نازک بتن که با قلم مو زده شده است ، باشد.

3- رطوبت نسبی محیط نباید بیشتر از 75 % باشد.

4 – مواد ساخت و ساز که چسبانده خواهند شد باید حداقل دمایی در حد 3 درجه بیشتر از دمای اصلی داشته باشند.

6- هنگام اجرای روش نصب چسباندن در منطقه ساخت و ساز ، در هر مورد ، اجازه ساخت و ساز از طرف مقامات آن صادر میشود که دستورالعمل صادر شده باید از طرف اعمال کننده نصب ، اجرا شود.
